Data Protection Notices on the Processing of Personal Data in the Context of Our Satisfaction Survey

The protection of our customers' personal data is important to us. We therefore process personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and data security.

I. Contact Details

The contact details of our company and our data protection supervisor can be found in our privacy policy: https://www.jumo.lt/web/about-us/privacynotice-lt

II. Satisfaction Survey

1. Description and scope of data processing

We conduct surveys at regular intervals to find out how satisfied you are with our services and our service management. Participation in the survey is voluntary and does not lead to any disadvantages in the event of refusal. The processing of the collected data is limited to the purpose of the satisfaction survey and its evaluation.

We reserve the right to store your email address in an advertising blocking file in the event of a permanent objection to the satisfaction survey invitations. The purpose of storing your data in our advertising blocking file is to ensure that you do not receive any further invitations from us.

As part of our service provision, we commission processors who contribute to the fulfillment of contractual obligations. These processors will only act in accordance with our instructions and are contractually obliged to comply with the applicable data protection requirements.

2. Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for data processing for the invitation, implementation and evaluation of the satisfaction survey is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a of the GDPR and our legitimate interest for the purposes of direct advertising pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f of the GDPR.

Your data will be stored in our advertising blocking file for an indefinite period of time on the basis of Art. 21 para. 3, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f in conjunction with Art. 17 para. 3 lit. b of the GDPR to take into account your objection to advertising and to defend against liability claims.

3. Purpose of data processing

Your data is processed for the regular survey on satisfaction with our services and our service management as well as for subsequent evaluation.

Inclusion in an advertising blocking file serves as proof, to defend against liability claims and to take your objection into account for invitations to satisfaction surveys.

4. Duration of storage

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. The data from the satisfaction survey is therefore stored for the duration of the evaluation and analysis of the results. It is then deleted if no further storage is required.

5. Right of objection, revocation and removal

We use your email address and any other personal data to invite you to take part in our satisfaction survey. You can object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. Please use the contact details given above.

We reserve the right to store your email address in an advertising blocking file solely for this purpose in the event of a permanent objection. Storage in the advertising blocking file is not limited to a specific time period. You can object to the storage if your interests outweigh our legitimate interest.

III. Rights of the Data Subject

As a data subject, with regard to the data processed you have the right to information, the right to rectification, the right to deletion, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. You also have the right to revoke your consent under data protection law at any time with effect for the future. In order to exercise your rights, use the data controller's contact details.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the responsible data protection supervisory authority.
